Filing an Insurance Claim

If you are making an insurance claim during business hours, please contact us so we can assist you with the claim process. If it is after office hours, please contact us on the next business day unless your claim needs immediate attention.

For immediate attention, call the company with which you have your policy.

• Have your insurance policy number available before calling the toll free service number.
• Provide as many details as possible about the accident or loss, where it happened and how it occurred. This information can be critical in settling a claim.
• Make a list of everything that has been damaged or lost in the claim.
• Please call us during normal business hours to also inform us of your claim.
